§144.0241 Fees for Sewer or Drainage Facilities The payment of fees may be required to defray the cost of planned drainage facilities or planned sewer facilities in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act, Chapter 4, Article 5. The plan for the facilities within the local drainage or sewer service area in which the subdivision is located must be adopted by the City Council at least 30 calendar days before the imposition of the requirement for payment of fees.
