2.38.110 - Request for modification of a commission order. An owner of property that is subject to a commission order may request a rehearing in accordance with City Code Section 2.38.120. The owner must demonstrate good cause for the modification. Any modification of an order that extends the time in which the owner has to complete the work must comply with Local Government Code 214.001(h), (i), (j), and (k). (Ord. No. 19112, § 1, 10-27-2020)
