§ 25-1-543 - EFFECT OF VESTED RIGHTS DETERMINATION. If the director approves a vested rights petition, any permit required to initiate, continue, or complete the project shall be entitled to the development or continuing use rights recognized by the vested rights determination, unless the project expires under Division 3 (Expirations) of this article or other applicable regulations.
