1309.01 - Pedestrian Waste, Recycling and Compost Receptacles. At the discretion of the director, pedestrian waste, recycling and compost receptacles may be placed on sidewalks in commercial corridors with high levels of pedestrian traffic. (Ord. No. 2846-2024, § 1, 11-18-2024)
