§ 49-34. - Penalties for violation. Unless otherwise provided, any person who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a Class "a" offense. For any second or subsequent offense and upon proof of prior conviction, said person shall be guilty of a Class "b" offense. Violations of this article are continuous and each day the violation occurs is separate offense. (Ord. No. 21055, § 2, 5-26-98; Ord. No. 22792, § 1, 8-2-05)
