Sec. 408.304. - Subpoenas; discovery. The Commission, or its designee, may issue subpoenas and order discovery as provided by this Part in aid of investigations and hearings as required. Such subpoenas and discovery may be ordered to the same extent and subject to the same limitations as subpoenas and discovery in civil action under the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
