550.13 - Appeals. The refusal to issue or renew, and the suspension or revocation of, a scrap metal facility license shall be pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 501 of the Columbus City Codes, and the appeal of any such order shall be pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 505 of the Columbus City Codes.
