Sec. 20-188. - Additional requirements. All vendors shall comply with the applicable requirements of article II of this chapter in addition to the provisions of this division. The health officer may impose additional requirements to protect against health hazards related to the conduct of a certified farmers market and may prohibit the sale of some or all time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods where such action is reasonably necessary to protect the public from food borne illness.
