Sec. 38-172. - Disorderly intoxication. It shall be unlawful for any person under the influence of any narcotic drug, stimulant or depressant, in any private house or place, to be turbulent, violent, menacing or disorderly to such an extent as to jeopardize persons or property or to such an extent as to menace the public peace and safety.
