SEC. 28-52.1. SPEED IN THE BULLINGTON STREET TRUCK TERMINAL. A person commits an offense if he drives or operates a vehicle in the terminal, as designated in Section 28-128.8 of this chapter, at a speed in excess of 10 miles per hour. Any speed in excess of 10 miles per hour is prima facie evidence that the speed is not reasonable nor prudent and is unlawful. (Ord. 18408)
