Mixed use Development consists of commercial and residential uses integrated either vertically (vertical mixed use) in the same structure or group of structures, or horizontally on the same development site (horizontal mixed use) where parking, open spaces, and other development features are developed or grouped together in order to create a more cohesive overall design.
