Sec. 6-44-28. - Form, size, design and contents. A permit issued under this chapter shall be in card form of such size and design as may be prescribed by the city treasurer, or his or her designee, which shall bear on its face a photograph of the driver, the number of the permit, the expiration date thereof the company with which the driver is affiliated, and such other information as the city treasurer, or his or her designee, may require.
