Sec. 9-93. - Intoxicated on city airports. It shall be unlawful to be intoxicated on city airport property. To the extent that the person's conduct also constitutes a violation of state penal laws including, without limitation, Chapter 49 of the Texas Penal Code, then the offense shall be punishable as provided by state law.
