Sec. 29-96. - General water supply requirements. An accessible, adequate, safe and potable supply of water shall be provided in each manufactured home park. Where a public supply of water of satisfactory quantity, quality, and pressure is available at the site or within 300 feet of the boundary of the site, connection shall be made thereto and its supply used exclusively. When a satisfactory public water supply system is not available, a private system may be developed and used as approved by the city. (Ord. No. 85-498, § 1, 4-10-85)
