§ 60-37-6. - Well permit. (a) application fee for original well or for conversion of original well to enhanced recovery or disposal well, nonrefundable .....$ 550.00 (b) drilling and operating permit fee for original well, nonrefundable .....963.00 (c) operating permit fee for conversion of original well to enhance recovery of disposal well, nonrefundable .....550.00 (d) plugging fee: .....
