§ 30-5-183 - MODIFICATION OF EROSION CONTROL AND CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCING PLANS. An inspector may modify an erosion control plan or construction sequencing plan in the field: (1) without notice to the permit holder, if the modification is a minor change to upgrade erosion controls or reflect construction progress; and (2) after two days written notice to the permit holder, if: (a) the inspector determines that an erosion control or the construction sequencing is inappropriate or inadequate; and (b) the single office has confirmed in writing the inspector's determination.
