§82.04 Parking Meter Zones — Authority The Council of the City of San Diego, on the recommendation of the City Manager, shall by ordinance from time to time as traffic conditions require, establish zones to be known as “Parking Meter Zones,” upon such streets or portions of streets of the City of San Diego as are selected for the location of said parking meter zones; and the City Manager shall cause parking meters to be installed and shall cause parking meter spaces to be designated, as hereinafter provided. The Council, on recommendation of the City Manager, may change or eliminate any of said zones. (Incorp. 1–22–1952 by O–5046 N.S.) (Amended 4-1-2011 by O-20033 N.S.; effective 5-1-2011.)
