§ 10-135. - Violations. (a) Any person violating any of the provisions of this article or rules and regulations promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a Class "a" offense. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. (b) Any person violating any of the provisions of this article may be enjoined by a suit filed by the City in a court of competent jurisdiction. This remedy shall be in addition to any penalty.
