(a) The annual and recurring airport use fees for the classes of vehicles described in Table 9-1, which are in addition to any other fees provided for in this division, are stated for this provision in the city fee schedule. Annual use permit fees are due in full at the time of issuance airport use permit.
(b) Off-airport rental car users and off-airport parking users, as described in Table 9-1, shall file with the director a financial report evidencing such off-airport rental car users' and off-airport parking users' gross receipts, as defined in Table 9-1, on a monthly basis on or before the 15th day of the month following the close of each calendar month. All such off-airport rental car users and off-airport parking users shall utilize any forms promulgated by the director for the submission of the required financial reports and shall submit the financial reports in accordance with any instructions, rules, or regulations promulgated by the director.
(c) Transportation network companies not having a TNC operating agreement with the city for service at IAH or HOU, as described in Table 9-1, shall file with the director a trip report evidencing such company's total number of trips on a monthly basis on or before the 15th day of the month following the close of each calendar month. All such companies shall utilize any forms promulgated by the director for the submission of the required trip reports and shall submit the trip reports in accordance with any instructions, rules, or regulations promulgated by the director.
