in effectThe following materials and fence types are prohibited from use on any parcel of property in the city that is used for residential purposes and is not subject to a development permit: 1. Barbed wire 2. Razor wire 3. Electric fences 4. Glass 5. Other sharp materials (Ord. 26248.)
