Sec. 135-354. - Responsibility for fund. The city treasurer (county) (treasurer, ex officio) and the city controller shall have joint responsibility for all funds placed within such cumulative capital improvement fund, and shall act pursuant to Chapter 221 of this Code and in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
