12.02.220 - Revocation. A special event permit may be revoked by the administrative services official (or in the case of a residential block party, the Director of Public Works) at any time when such revocation is deemed necessary to protect the public health and safety or to protect property from imminent harm. Nothing in this Section shall limit the ability of a department of the City to take remedial or preventative action under authority of any ordinance or Code provision that operates independently of this Chapter.
