11.58.100 - Permit display for inspection. Every special permit or a photocopy thereof, issued pursuant to this Chapter, shall: (A) Be carried in each vehicle, combination of vehicles, special self-propelled equipment or special mobile equipment to which it refers. (B) Be open to inspection at all times by any officer of the Metropolitan Police Department or agent of the Department of Public Works. (Ord.
