11.58.090 - Structure permits—Prerequisites. Before a special permit may be issued under Section 11.58.060, the applicant shall first have obtained from the Department of Community Development the permit required in Chapter 16.04 of this Code and shall have paid to and deposited with the Director of the Department of Community Development the license fee and bond required by Chapter 6.02.
