5.77.040 - Commercial cannabis activities prohibited unless specifically authorized by this chapter. Except as specifically authorized by this chapter, microbusinesses, commercial cultivation, manufacture, processing, storing, laboratory testing, labeling, sale, delivery, distribution, or transportation, of cannabis or cannabis products is expressly prohibited in the City.
