Sec. 54-459. - Obstruction of traffic. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle upon a street other than an alley, in such manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten (10) feet of width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in such manner or under such conditions as to obstruct any drive, path or crosswalk in any park. (Code 1950, § 519.3)
