Sec. 701-16. - Contents, duration, charge for permits. Every special permit issued by the division of construction and business services under the provisions of this chapter shall specifically describe the work to be done, and, except for persons holding annual permits for work of such nature, all permits shall expire by law sixty (60) days after date, unless extended by the division.
