Sec. 16-1109. - Inspections. To ensure continued compliance with the requirements of this section a short term rental may be inspected in the following methods: (a) Inspections upon complaint or suspicion of a violation. The city may perform inspections when a violation is reported or suspected in accordance with established code enforcement procedures. (Ord. No. 2018-11-01-0858, § 2, 11-1-18; Ord.
