Sec. 4-32-9. - Suspension of benefits. If a participant continues employment after his or her normal retirement date or is reemployed by the employer after he or she has begun to receive retirement benefits under the plan, payment of retirement benefits shall be suspended during his or her continued employment, except as may be provided in section 4-32-8(D).
