§ 2-5-61 - GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR APPEALS. (A) Except as otherwise provided in the Code, including Subsection (B), this division applies to an appeal authorized under the Code. A provision regarding an appeal in another chapter of the Code prevails over this article to the extent of any conflict. (B) An appeal authorized under Title 25 (Land Development) shall be conducted as prescribed by Chapter 25-1, Article 7, Division 1 (Appeals). (C) Nothing in this division creates a right of appeal.
