Sec. 15-56. - Insufficient funds in the program. If the fund does not contain sufficient monies to provide all participating candidates the full amount of the aggregate limit on fund payments, the clerk and recorder shall notify participating candidates that the clerk and recorder will not likely be capable of distributing to all participating candidates the maximum aggregate amount and participating candidates may elect to be decertified.
