Sec. 36-80. - Transfer of certificate of registration prohibited. A certificate of registration issued under the provisions of this article shall not be transferable, and the authority a certificate confers shall be conferred only on the holder named therein. The certificate of registration shall have endorsed thereon in red letters the words "NOT TRANSFERABLE." (Ord. No. 05-1346, § 1, 12-7-05)
