4521.033 - License required for sharing a bathroom. Whenever the occupants of more than one (1) dwelling unit share a single bathroom, a license shall be required pursuant to C.C. 4561.02 thru 4561.08, inclusive, and 4561.12. Each license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place within the dwelling at all times. The fee for such license shall be as prescribed in the fee schedule. (Ord. 2672-85.)
