Sec. 2-372. - Meetings. Regular center meetings shall be held at least four times a year. In addition, special meetings may be held in accordance with such rules as the center may provide. All meetings of the center shall be held in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. A quorum of the members of the center shall consist of a majority of the center's members. (Ord.
