Sec. 14-127. - Stopping in obedience to direction of school crossing guard or patrol. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to fail to stop and remain stopped in obedience to any hand signal, flag, stop sign or audible signal given by a school crossing guard or school patrol in the performance of his duties.
