13.52.130 - City equipment on poles—Exemption. The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to any municipal facilities or equipment installed under the supervision of, and to the satisfaction of, the Director of Public Works, including, but not necessarily limited to, poles and appurtenances used for street lighting purposes and poles and appurtenances containing fire alarm boxes.
