in effect20.02.1016 - Special exception.
"Special exception" means a use listed as such in the ordinance codified herein and which may be permitted in a specified district, under certain conditions, to be determined in each case by the terms of the ordinance codified herein and by the zoning board of adjustment after public hearing in accordance with the procedures specified by Title 2 of this Code and applicable state law.
