6.69.030 - License required. No person shall engage in, conduct or carry on, or permit to be engaged in, conducted or carried on, in or upon any premises, the operation of a reflexology establishment, or the performance of reflexology as a reflexologist or a reflexology establishment licensee practitioner, without first obtaining and thereafter maintaining a valid unexpired license for that activity pursuant to this Chapter.
