Sec. 46-210. - Routes and schedules. A permittee operating a sightseeing service shall operate its motor vehicles only over and along routes and schedules filed with and approved by the director. The permittee shall submit all proposed routes and schedules for review and approval by the director. Routes and schedules may be amended from time to time. Routes shall not be exclusive. (Ord.
