Sec. 21-172. - Penalty. Violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be a misdemeanor offense and shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the first offense and a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than ($500.00) for the second offense.
