SEC. 19-115. REPORT OF AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY CITY. The special commissioners created by this article to make assessments may consider, in any improvement district created, that portion of the cost, if any, that will be required to be paid by the city, and the same shall be reported to the city council in their final report.
