§ 3-233 DIVISION NOT RELIEVE OWNER, ETC., OF DUTY TO GIVE NOTICE TO FAA. Nothing in this division shall be construed as relieving any owner, sponsor, agent or user from the requirement for filing a notice of proposed construction, alteration or use with the appropriate Federal Aviation Administration authority.
