Sec. 241-215. - Terms of appointment. (a) Members shall be appointed for terms of four (4) years and shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority. (b) A committee member may resign from the committee at any time. (c) The committee shall request the authority who appointed any member who does not attend fifty (50) percent of the committee meetings in any calendar year to have that member replaced.
