Sec. 29.103. - Contract Execution; Equipment and Facilities. The Mayor and the Corporation Secretary are authorized to execute such contracts, agreements and memorandums with the State of Florida Department of Health regarding the services, funding, equipment and facilities for the Duval County Health Department, provided that any City funding to be provided in connection with such contracts, agreements and memorandums shall be subject to lawful appropriation and approval by the City Council.
