In accordance with Section 12.44.280 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person, except a person who holds a valid parking permit, shall stop, stand or park a vehicle between the hours specified in this section, within the districts or upon the street or parts of streets as follows:
Zone A: No parking, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday:
1. Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Randolph Drive and Shuster Avenue;
Thence south along the centerline of Randolph Drive to its intersection with the centerline of West Yandell Drive;
Thence northwest along the centerline of West Yandell Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Sun Bowl Drive;
Thence north along the centerline of Sun Bowl Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Heisig Avenue;
Thence east along the centerline of Heisig Avenue to its intersection with the center of Prospect Street;
Thence north along the centerline of Prospect Street to its intersection with the centerline of Schuster Avenue;
Thence east along the centerline of Schuster Avenue to the point of beginning.
With the following exception of street parking:
Adjacent to property owned by the University of Texas at El Paso; and
Southside of Heisig Avenue.
2. Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of West Yandell Drive with the southeast curbline of Fewel Street;
Thence southwest along the northeast curbline of Fewel Street to its intersection with the northeast curbline of Mundy Drive;
Thence northwest along the northeast curbline of Mundy Drive to its intersection with the west curbline of Lawton Drive;
Thence south along the west curbline of Lawton Drive to its intersection with the south curbline of Missouri Avenue;
Thence west along the south curbline of Missouri Avenue to its intersection with the east curbline of Porfirio Diaz Street; and
Thence south along the east curbline of Porfirio Diaz Street to its intersection with the northeast curbline of Main Street;
Thence northwest along the northeast curbline of Main Street to its intersection with the southeast curbline of Fern Way;
Thence northeast along the southeast curbline of Fern Way to the northeast edge of the alley immediately northeast of Main Street;
Thence northwest along the northeast edge of the alley to its intersection with the centerline of West Yandell Drive;
Thence east along the centerline of West Yandell Drive to the point of beginning.
Zone B: No parking any time:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Seventh Street and Santa Fe Street;
Thence south along the centerline of Santa Fe Street to its intersection with the north boundary line of the Franklin Canal;
Thence northwest along the north boundary line of the Franklin Canal to its intersection with the northwest curbline of Bandera Street;
Thence northeast along the northwest curbline of Bandera Street to its intersection with the southwest curbline of Canal Street;
Thence northwest along the southwest curbline of Canal Street to the northwest property corner of Lot 18, Block H, Campbell Addition;
Thence northeast across one-half of Canal Street to its centerline;
Thence southeast along the centerline of Canal Street to its intersection with the centerline of Seventh Street;
Thence east along the centerline of Seventh Street to the point of beginning.
Zone C: No parking 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday school days only, tow-away zone:
Beginning at the intersection of the west right-of-way line of North Oregon Street and Boston Avenue;
Thence east along the north right-of-way line of Boston Avenue to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of Campbell Street;
Thence south along the east right-of-way line of Campbell Street to its intersection with the north right-of-way line of New York Avenue;
Thence east along the south right-of-way line of New York Avenue to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of Rim Road;
Thence southwest along the east right-of-way line of Rim Road to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of North Oregon Street;
Thence north along the east right-of-way line of Oregon Street to the point of beginning.
Zone D: No parking 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday:
Beginning at the intersection of the west right-of-way line of San Marcial Street and the north right-of-way line of Lebanon Street;
Thence east along the north right-of-way line of Lebanon Street to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of Byron Street;
Thence south along the east right-of-way line of Byron Street to its intersection with the south right-of-way line of Aurora Street;
Thence west along the south right-of-way line of Aurora Street to its intersection with the east right-of-way line of Luna Street;
Thence south along the east right-of-way line of Luna Street to its intersection with the south right-of-way line of Federal Street;
Thence west along the south right-of-way line from Federal Street to its intersection with the west right-of-way line of San Marcial Street;
Thence north along the west right-of-way line of San Marcial Street to the point of beginning.
Zone E: No parking 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday:
Louisiana Street between McKelligon Canyon Road and Pierce Avenue, east side;
Louisiana Street, from a point 225' south of McKelligon Canyon Road and Pierce Avenue, west side.
Zone F: No parking any time:
Kansas Street both sides, between Mississippi Avenue and Boston Avenue;
Campbell Street, both sides, between Mississippi Avenue and Boston Avenue;
Mississippi Avenue, south side, between the alley west of Kansas Street to Campbell Street;
Baltimore Avenue, both sides, between the alley west of Kansas Street to Campbell Street;
Cincinnati Avenue, both sides, between the alley west of Kansas Street to Campbell Street;
Robinson Avenue, both sides, between the alley west of Kansas Street to Campbell Street.
Zone G: No parking any time:
Sixth Avenue between Oregon Street and Mesa Street, south side only.
Mesa Street between Sixth Avenue to a point 150 feet south, west side only.
Zone H: No parking any time:
Ochoa Street, 70 feet south of the curbline at Father Rahm Avenue to 140 feet south of the curbline at Father Rahm Avenue, west side only.
Zone I: No parking any time:
Virginia Street, west side, between Schuster Avenue and Cliff Drive.
Zone J: No parking any time:
North side of Crosby Avenue from Virginia Street west to the alley; South side of Crosby Avenue between Virginia Street and Ochoa Street.
Zone K: No parking 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., school days only:
