6.81.010 - Findings and declarations. It is found and declared that the public health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the City of Las Vegas require the licensing and regulation of theme parks and permanent exhibitions. It is further found and declared that the presence within the City of such properly licensed theme parks and permanent exhibitions will serve to promote public health, safety and welfare by encouraging economic growth, providing economic diversity, providing opportunity for additional employment, and infusing additional capital investment in the local economy.
