Sec. 656.399.73. - Applicability. This Zoning Overlay is applicable to all parcels within the Cedar Point - Sawpit Zoning Overlay Area. However, parcels that were created prior to July 1, 2021 are exempt from the requirement that the lot size be a minimum of one net acre, but those lots may not be further reduced in size to less than one net acre of land.
