in effect20.02.156 - Building, height of.
"Height of building" means the vertical distance measured from the mean elevation of the top of the street curb, within the lot limits, to the highest point of the structure, exclusive of chimneys, ventilators, air conditioners and ducts, elevator equipment, flagpoles, communication antennas, church spires, belfries, water towers, or other similar vertical projections.
