Sec. 45-211. - Same—Records and reports. The director of the treasury department shall keep an accurate record of each motor vehicle sold under this article, the name and address of the purchaser, the price paid therefor, the date of sale and other information deemed necessary by the director. The director shall make a complete report in writing to the city controller of the time, place and manner of conducting such sale. (Code 1968, § 46-192)
