11.70.030 - Motor vehicle laws—Posting requirements. Any merchant who sells mini-motorcycles, motorized skateboards or motorized scooters within the City shall: (A) Post, in a prominent place at each location where mini-motorcycles, motorized skateboards or motorized scooters are on display, a disclosure regarding the need to determine and comply with the requirements of State motor vehicle laws pertaining to the operation of mini-motorcycles, motorized skateboards and motorized scooters on public streets and sidewalks; and (B) Provide a copy of such disclosure to each purchaser of a mini-motorcycle, motorized skateboard or motorized scooter, either before or in connection with the purchase.
